Dual Source CT Scan Now at Northwest Community Hospital
In its continuing mission to provide excellence in Cardiac Care, Northwest Community Hospital has dedicated the new Gerald Gurtz Advanced Diagnostics Suite, which features the Siemens SOMATOM Definition Dual Source CT System.
Only one of three such systems in the Chicago area, the Definion CT Scanner offers many new applications for coronary CT angiography.
"It produces higher image resolution and faster speed than the most advanced single-source CT systems," says Gary Skiba, director, Radiology Imaging.
